Practical Details
Before you play.
You pay the full slot price upfront in NPR when you book, via eSewa, Khalti, or card. The rate you see on the listing is the rate you pay — no cash top-ups at the desk, no surprise fees.
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 3 hours before your slot, refunded to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Inside the 3-hour window, the slot is non-refundable since the court is held for you.
Some courts do accept walk-ins if a slot is open, but booked players always get priority — if you show up without a booking and someone else booked that hour, the court is theirs. Booking guarantees the court is yours.
For outdoor courts, if a venue closes a booked slot due to weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule credit — whichever you prefer. This is handled automatically once the venue marks the slot as weather-cancelled.
Most indoor venues (like Thamel Hoops Arena and Jawalakhel Court House) provide a ball at the desk. Outdoor courts generally do not — check the "Floodlit / Hoops / Surface" tags on each venue listing, or bring your own to be safe.
