Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information — full name, email address, and phone number when you register or log in.
• Booking & payment information — the courts you book, slot times, and payment status. Card, eSewa, and Khalti payment details are entered and processed directly by our payment partners; we do not receive or store your raw card number.
• Location — with your permission, approximate (coarse) device location, used only to show nearby courts and to help facility owners set a venue's map pin. You can deny this and still use the app by searching manually.
• Facility owner information — for venue owners, business/venue details and bank account information used to send you payouts.
• Push notification token — a device identifier issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging, used to deliver booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates.
• Usage data — basic diagnostic and crash information collected automatically to keep the app reliable.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To process payments and, for facility owners, payouts.
• To show you nearby courts and availability.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service notifications.
• To detect fraud, keep the platform secure, and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the parties needed to run the service: payment processors (eSewa, Khalti, card acquirers) to complete transactions, Firebase (Google) for push notifications and crash diagnostics, and the facility owner of a court you book, to the extent needed to honor that booking. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to satisfy accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations after that. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

6. Your choices

• You can edit your account details from within the app.
• You can revoke location or notification permissions from your device settings at any time.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected].

7. Children

And1Nepal is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
