Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the And1Nepal app and website (the "Service"), operated by And1Nepal. By creating an account or booking a court, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Bookings & payment

Booking a slot requires payment in full, upfront, in NPR via eSewa, Khalti, or card. A confirmed booking reserves that court for the stated time. Free cancellation or reschedule is available up to 3 hours before your slot; inside that window the slot is non-refundable, since the court is held exclusively for you.

3. Facility owners

If you list a venue, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing (pricing, hours, amenities) and for honoring confirmed bookings. Payouts are settled to the bank account you provide on a weekly cycle, less any applicable platform fee disclosed in your owner dashboard.

4. Weather & venue cancellations

For outdoor courts, if a venue marks a booked slot as weather-cancelled, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule credit, at your choice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — no fraudulent bookings, no interfering with other users or venues, no attempting to circumvent payment or access controls.

6. Disclaimers

Venue condition, equipment, and amenities are the responsibility of the facility owner. And1Nepal facilitates the booking and payment but is not the operator of any listed court.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
